San Dimas Shop Local Campaign Rules

Campaign Rules

  • • The San Dimas Shop Local Campaign Period begins July 1, 2014 and ends at 12:00pm on August 29, 2014
  • • Membership in the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce is not required to participate
  • • Receipts must be for purchases made/dated from July 1, 2014 and ends at 12:00pm on August 29, 2014
  • • Receipts must be submitted to the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce between July 1, 2014 and ends at 12:00pm on August 29, 2014
  • • Receipts must be from a business located in the City of San Dimas and or a business member of the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce located in San Dimas or surrounding area
  • • Receipts must be submitted in person to a San Dimas Chamber of Commerce representative for verification in exchange for free drawing forms
  • • All receipts will be stamped and returned immediately after verification
  • • For entry into the drawing, receipts can be cumulative and total $150 from any business located in the City of San Dimas or business member of the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce located in San Dimas or surrounding area
  • • One drawing form will be submitted for each $150 in receipts
  • • A second drawing form will be submitted if any one or a cumulative of receipts are from a San Dimas Chamber of Commerce Member
  • • A maximum of twenty drawing forms will be submitted for any receipt totaling $3,000 or more
  • • Residents and non-residents, ages 18 and older, may participate
  • • No government purchases, utility payments, mortgage payments, lease payments, credit card statement payments, or auto payments will be accepted
  • • No donation receipts will be accepted
  • • No estimate of service receipts will be accepted
  • • Prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Prize Drawings will be held on July 22, August 5, August 19 and September 2. The San Dimas Chamber of Commerce may at its sole discretion conduct one or more random drawing(s) at the conclusion of the Campaign Period. Final Drawing for the Prize(s) will take place on or about September 2, 2014
  • • All winners will be notified by email or phone no later than September 10, 2014 if not notified earlier during the campaign
  • • All prizes must be claimed and picked up by 1pm on September 19, 2014 – All prizes not claimed will be considered forfeited
  • • Winners must be able to verify their identity when claiming prizes
  • • The San Dimas Chamber of Commerce has the right to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of all receipts
  • • The San Dimas Chamber of Commerce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to not be in compliance with the intentions of the San Dimas Shop Local Campaign
  • • The winner(s) agrees to have their photo taken and their name and photo used as deemed appropriate by the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce
  • • Drawing Form Entry information will be added to the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce contact list for future event notifications and will not be shared or sold to any other organization
